GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Kopenhagen Fur would like to welcome you to Kopenhagen Fur Studio’s online showroom. Below you will find some practical information for using
the activities in the online showroom. As a registered user of Kopenhagen Fur Showroom you must read and agree to the general terms and conditions.

Kopenhagen Fur Studio is to contribute to the branding of Kopenhagen Fur

Kopenhagen Fur Studio’s goal is to contribute to Kopenhagen Fur's continued branding as the world's leading fur auction house and aims to bridge
the gap between the fur and fashion industries, by taking the lead in the development of fur fashion. The styles and samples are only available to significant
people and media platforms related to the worldwide fashion industry (e.g. representatives from fashion and lifestyle magazines, blogs, fashion
shows and events, TV and media outlets).

Proper attribution

Registered users are required to mention Kopenhagen Fur in materials published in online and offline platforms. Registered users are also
required to use the #sponsoredcontent and #kopenhagenfur hashtags every time a Kopenhagen Fur style or sample appears in a post on a blog,
Instagram or other social media/online media platforms. These hashtags must be placed before any other text. For materials published in offline media
platforms, such as magazines, the registered user is required to include the text ‘Styles from Kopenhagen Fur’. Please contact us if you have
any questions about proper attribution.

If the registered user is borrowing a style or sample on behalf of a third party, the registered user is required to ensure that such third party
complies with Kopenhagen Fur’s instructions on proper attribution.

Lending period

The lending period will be as short as possible; however, in special cases, Kopenhagen Fur Showroom will agree to a maximum of one month.
The specific lending period will be set forth in the booking confirmation.

The collect and return policy

The registered user is responsible for collecting and returning the styles and samples - unless agreed otherwise. The styles and samples must be returned
in the same condition and packaging as that in which they were received.

Liability and insurance

The registered user is fully liable for the styles and samples during the lending period and must ensure that the styles and samples are fully insured during
the lending period. This applies regardless of whether the registered user borrows a style or sample on behalf of a third party.

If any styles or samples are lost or stolen, the registered user must immediately report the loss
or theft to the police and inform them that Kopenhagen Fur owns the styles and samples. The registered user must also inform Kopenhagen Fur Showroom of the loss
or theft immediately.

Damaged styles and samples

The styles and samples must be returned in the same condition as that in which they were received. If a style or sample, at Kopenhagen Fur’s sole discretion, has been
damaged during the lending period or is not in the same conditions as when it was collected, Kopenhagen Fur will repair such style or sample and the registered user
will be liable for the cost of the repair. If it is not possible to repair the style or sample in question, the registered user will be liable for the full cost of such
style or sample.
